Rethinking Value Chains (RVC) is a collective of local and international not-for-profit actors and organisations working together to transform the economy based on the principles of solidarity, justice and ecological integrity.
Our members include NGOs, trade unions, small farmer networks, academic institutions and independent research institutions. We have expertise in diverse value chain sectors, including Agriculture, Textiles, Electronics, Extractive Industries and Transport.
The Rethinking Value Chains Collective provides a space to develop strategy and actions, based on the sharing of experience between our members, in order to support and strengthen our work towards changing the current economic and political system.
Action focused research is a core activity of the Rethinking Value Chain collective, to support the activities of the collective and our members towards transformative changes in value chains.
