Our vision is that of legitimate, responsible and profitable artisanal and small-scale mining that promotes inclusive and sustainable development. We facilitate the empowerment of artisanal and small-scale miners, unionisation and the adoption of good practices, by promoting an an environment which enables their integration into the formal economy.

We develop voluntary production and marketing standards systems and support the creation of responsible supply chains.

Our work is mainly done in producer countries (Latin America, Africa, Asia), but we act at all levels of the value chain. The levers are economic, but also based on the change of perception and the improvement of the governance of producer organizations.
